This Home Theater room in a basement is a 7.1 High end
surround system using a JVC
Projector, Draper
Screen and AudioControl
processing and amplification. The equipment rack is designed so the air
circulating in the room also circulates through the rack into the room
behind - which is a wine cellar kept cold. The fromnt speakers are British PMC
(Professional Monitor Company) in-room tower speakers with a raised Center
Channel speaker. The Builder is Peter

The equipment rack is cooled, lighted and enclosed with a
CD/DVD drawer built in. |
The JVC Projector is recessed in the back wall with
either front or rear access.

As the room takes shape, all equipment is tested and the
speakers are burned in. |
Access to the rear of the rack is through the wine
closet. |
The room as it starts to fill out, with furniture, rugs
and a center channel speaker stand.

The projector is in the crawl space behind the wall. To help keep it
cool, there is a temperature controlled remote fan system.. The custom
frame allows for the tempered glass to be removed.
